"Steele Construction built our house in the Fern Mountain development, and we could not be more pleased with our experience with them. We would highly recommend Steele Construction to anyone looking to build. They do quality work, and Bill, Wes, and Don have been great to deal with through the entire process. They have always been available and have always been willing to answer our questions and explain what was going on in the process. Every single one of their sub-contractors that we met during construction was courteous and professional and were all willing to stop work and talk to us about what they were doing. This has not been an easy environment to build in given the challenges builders are facing in sourcing materials and finding labor, but Steele Construction was on top of these issues from the start. They began ordering materials once our contract and design were finalized, well ahead of when they knew they would be able to break ground and start construction, and made sure we made our choices on finishings and fixtures very early in the process to ensure we’d be able to get what we wanted. Their being so on the ball on these issues saved us considerable money and time. This was our first time having a home built and we were not sure what to expect, especially given some of the stories we have heard from others who have been through it. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Steele Construction and would highly recommend them."
